Bush needs to be prosecuted for TREASON

I consider destruction of the American society for personal gain to be TREASON.


It's bizarre -- that sanctimonious incompetent sonofabitch who has dropped the entire country in the shit now is screaming that a Democratic congress means defeat in Iraq and abandoning the war on terrorism.

Anyone who looks objectively at the situation has seen for years THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS VICTORY IN IRAQ to be gotten.

But in order to retain power, he is willing to divide the country into more antagonistic groups than ever before.

This is the man who sat like a throw pillow while Saudi psychos killed thousands in New York.

He was warned and re-warned.

He was HANDED the completed Hart-Rudman study of counter-measures against terrorism.

Information that, if used, could have prevented the mass murder of 9-11.

And he pissed on it, turned it over to Dick Cheney to "check it out."

They did NOTHING.

9-11 HAPPENED ON HIS WATCH.

And then he invaded the wrong country and has killed thousands and hundreds of thousands of people there.

AND HE DARES to POINT A FINGER AT THE DEMOCRATS?

Try him and Cheney and Rove in the World Court for Crimes Against Humanity and hang them high, all together, like a Calder mobile.

He is truly a sociopath, and has no concern for the death destruction and disaster he causes, except to attack anyone who disagrees with him.


And only incidentally: IF THE THREAT OF TERRORISM IS SO GODDAMNED CRITICAL -- WHAT IS HE DOING DICKING AROUND IN ELECTION SPEECHIFYING? WHAT HE"S SAYING IS EITHER:

1) He's not essential to anything in terms of protecting America. OR

2) He doesn't care if there is a real terror threat at all.

Santorum is a leading hater of girls and young women who find themselves pregnant after their male friends PROMISED them they were wearing protection or that they'd "pull out first," interfering in their most private decisions, deciding he has more right to decide their biological rights than they do (he receives this authority from his invisible friend).

Hollywood — Rush Limbaugh has accused Christopher Reeve of exaggerating his paralysis and death in recent TV ads for Democratic candidates who support stem cell research. “These Hollywood liberals will go to any length — even rolling around in a wheel chair they don’t need and faking their death — to get Democrats elected,” Limbaugh said on his radio show Wednesday.

The accusation comes soon after Limbaugh accused Michael J. Fox of exaggerating his Parkinson’s disease in political ads as a ploy to get votes for Ben Cardin, a Democrat running for the U.S. Senate in Maryland.

“Keep in mind that Christopher Reeve attended the famous Juilliard School of Performing Arts,” Limbaugh noted. “He’s an actor, folks, and his behavior is really shameless.”

According to medical records, personal testimonials, family, and friends, Reeve was paralyzed from the neck down when he was thrown from a horse back in 1995. The former “Superman” star reportedly died last October at the age of 52. According to sources close to Democratic Senate candidates such as Claire McCaskill (Missouri), Bob Casey (Pennsylvania), and Jim Pederson (Arizona), Reeve’s estate — run by his brother after his wife reportedly died last year — gave permission to the campaigns to use footage of him.

Embryonic stem cells are the precursor cells to almost every tissue in the body. Advocates of their use in research say they hold more potential to cure spinal cord injuries, diabetes and other diseases than adult stem cells. Opponents say the research with embryonic cells, which destroys the embryos, amounts to murder.

“How would you like it if Christopher Reeve showed up at your home and walked in – yes, I said walked in using his two functioning legs — to take your baby away and kill him for the stem cells?” warned Limbaugh.

“It’s not only Christopher ‘Exaggerator’ Reeve and Michael J. ‘Faker’ who are trying to fool the American voting public,” he added. “Christopher Reeve’s wife is also guilty of being a big faker. She wants us to believe that she died of lung cancer, but loyal ditto-heads already know that lung cancer is another conspiracy dreamed up by liberals out to destroy tobacco companies.”

Limbaugh has not apologized for his remarks about Christopher and Dana Reeve and maintains that he has been completely honest.

“If I wasn’t telling the truth about the Reeves, they would have responded to my comments,” he told Dateline Hollywood. “I haven’t heard one word from Christopher or Dana Reeve. Case closed.”

THE MALIGNANT PERSONALITY:

These people are mentally ill and extremely dangerous! The following precautions will help to protect you from the destructive acts of which they are capable.

First, to recognize them, keep the following guidelines in mind.

(1) They are habitual liars. They seem incapable of either knowing or telling the truth about anything.

(2) They are egotistical to the point of narcissism. They really believe they are set apart from the rest of humanity by some special grace.

(3) They scapegoat; they are incapable of either having the insight or willingness to accept responsibility for anything they do. Whatever the problem, it is always someone else's fault.

(4) They are remorselessly vindictive when thwarted or exposed.

(5) Genuine religious, moral, or other values play no part in their lives. They have no empathy for others and are capable of violence. Under older psychological terminology, they fall into the category of psychopath or sociopath, but unlike the typical psychopath, their behavior is masked by a superficial social facade.

If you have come into conflict with such a person or persons, do the following immediately!

(1) Notify your friends and relatives of what has happened.

Do not be vague. Name names, and specify dates and circumstances. Identify witnesses if possible and provide supporting documentation if any is available.

(2) Inform the police. The police will do nothing with this information except to keep it on file, since they are powerless to act until a crime has been committed. Unfortunately, that often is usually too late for the victim. Nevertheless, place the information in their hands.

Obviously, if you are assaulted or threatened before witnesses, you can get a restraining order, but those are palliative at best.

(3) Local law enforcement agencies are usually under pressure if wealthy or politically powerful individuals are involved, so include state and federal agencies as well and tell the locals that you have...

(4) Make sure that several of your friends have the information in the event something happens to you. That way, an appropriate investigation will follow if you are harmed. Don't tell other people who has the information, because then something bad could happen to them as well. Instruct friends to take such an incident to the newspapers and other media.


If you are dealing with someone who has considerable money, you must realize that they probably won't try to harm you themselves, they will contract with someone to make the hit. The malignant type is a coward and will not expose himself or herself to personal danger if he or she can avoid it.

Golly gee, Mr. Wizard ... remind you of anyone?

Watching David Kuo (author of Tempting Faith) on Washington Journal this morning.

I have no doubts about Mr. Kuo's sincerity, but I have some serious doubts about his level of perception, specifically when he tells us that, in person, George W. Bush is a truly compassionate person.

Something doesn't compute when what comes to mind is the execution of Karla Faye Tucker when Bush was Governor of Texas.

Karla Faye Tucker was a woman who'd committed a monstrously violent murder some years before, using a pickaxe on two people, but had been 'born again' in prison, apparently sincerely, , and was truly remorseful, according to Sister Helen Prejean. When the appeal, on compassionate grounds, reached the governor's desk, we heard the reports of him mocking her, making fun of her, prancing about his office and going "Oh please don't kill me" in a high woman's voice.

My conclusion?

The man is and was a contemptible sociopath, willing to kill thousands for an ego whim, and willing to make fun of someone fighting for her life.



(And also someone never willing to admit that, as Governor of Texas, he did not have the authority to commute a death sentence. But to admit something like that would be admitting that he, as Governor, as in the rest of his life, he was a false-front pissant riding on other people's shoulders. We count the days until January 20, 2009, when, with a bit of luck, we'll never need to see him again, and he can go to wherever it is he lives, if not the stage-set ranch, and drink himself into oblivion.)

Unfortunately, this isn't Turkey where you'd get hanged from a lamppost, or Saudi Arabia where we'd get to cut your hands off.

You just go to a gentleman's jail where you can read books, play golf and find Jesus.

So -- for all of you to follow -- shut the fuck up and stop whining. You did the crime, now at least show a little class.

Abramoff Associate Argues for No Jail

October 24,2006 | WASHINGTON -- A congressman and a former House aide have written letters in support of former Bush administration official David Safavian, who is trying to avoid jail time in the Jack Abramoff investigation.

Safavian, former chief of staff of the General Services Administration, was convicted in June of lying to investigators about his dealings with Abramoff.

Prosecutors are seeking a three-year prison sentence in Safavian's case, which was the first guilty verdict by a jury in the corruption probe surrounding Abramoff, the Republican lobbyist who pleaded guilty in January in a conspiracy to corrupt public officials.

More on my insensitive comments (below) about how much I despise the TV commercials being made by/for Chuck Poochigian.

First of all, while the exceedingly courageous ANONYMOUS felt a need to scream and call me names, he was right on the point he wanted to make -- that it was stupid and insensitive for me to make a flippant comment about the Turkish genocide of the Armenians (at Musa Dagh and elsewhere). In fact, he didn't go far enough in his criticism of my statment.

More to the point, the fact that Mr. Poochigian is of Armenian descent is totally irrelevant to my distaste for his tactics, as it might have suggested that I consider his form of stupid viciousness has ANYTHING to do with his ethnic extraction, or that I think this is something Armenians do.

Not ever in mind mind nor ever my intent.

I have known many Americans of Armenian descent.
Some have been delightful friends.
(Yo, Dieron -- it's been too long. Time for another round of Woo Dip Hah and Egg Rolls.)

Some have been just as nasty and venal and slimy as we may find among any other types of American.

In short, to clear any confusion --

People are people and Chuck Poochigian seems to me to be a sleazy scumbag all on his own without regard to race, religion, ethnic grouping, national derivation, of his Alma Mater.

The cold, cruel, monstrous genocide of the Armenians was largely ignored by most societies and governments in the west, with the exception of the emerging Third Reich under Adolf Hitler who pointed to that in context of his desire to commit genocide on the Jews (and Gypsies, Catholics, Gays, Poles, Trade Unionists, etc), and opined that no one had cared when the Turks killed off most of an entire people, so why would anyone care about the Jews (or the rest).

On voting this year

First of all, if I relied on TV, which I had been, I wouldn't know ANYTHING about ANY candidates or Propositions --

The ads all say one thing, regardless of their cause:

"My opponent (or that Proposition) is a vile, devious, nasty piece of work, and a vote for that (him, it, her) will cause all the children in our state to be molested repeatedly without recourse, the Commies to return, and the Earth itself to fly off its axis and fall into the sun."

Because of this -- I don't know if Jerry Brown would be a good Attorney General, I'm not his biggest fan (I live in Oakland) -- but Cashoogian's ads are so vile, and venomous, and slimy, I'm voting for whatever he's against. The ads were so rabid, my first response was "Damn, the Turks missed the ones they SHOULD HAVE gotten at Musa Dagh."

And I'm one of the few non-Armenians who has known what Musa Dagh was since I was in high school.

Similarly for Insurance Commissioner, Props 86, 87, 90, etc...

And voting against Arnie, of course.

Interesting .. Arnie and George Bush have one thing in common -- both are classic playground bullies -- and both are afraid to meet their challengers honestly and openly -- the stuff Nazi's were made of.

It's actually Arnie's Austrian accent that PREVENTS PEOPLE from calling him a Nazi, since people feel it's unfair mass generalizing because of his birth.

(You know, he grew up in Austria, -- in the 50's -- and he remembers seeing the Russian tanks in the streets -- quite a talent, since they'd been gone for 10 years.)

Not that Phil Angelides has a chance in hell of winning.

And oh, one other thing.

My wife and I are in agreement -- we will vote AGAINST anyone who calls us at home soliciting a vote for a person or a proposition. If they think so little of our right to use our free time as we choose, to hell with them.

OK, I was being a smartass and insensitive

when I joked that Mr. Lidle had thought that last -- and losing -- game of the ALDS to Detroit was "a bad day."

In my defense -- until this morning -- and ONLY in the local NY Newspaper (NYTIMES)
has ANYONE said word one about the people in the apartment building who got burned out.

If this (mentioning the non-celebrity victims) is "too liberal," so be it.

Manhattan Plane Crash Kills Yankee Pitcher

A single-engine plane carrying the Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle smashed into a 42-story building on the Upper East Side yesterday, killing Mr. Lidle and his flight instructor, the authorities said.

The afternoon crash beneath overcast skies sent debris clattering hundreds of feet to the sidewalk and started a fire that destroyed several apartments and left a charred smudge on the face of the building.

Fourteen firefighters and four people in the building were injured, officials said, including a woman who had been in an apartment hit squarely by the plane and escaped the inferno, suffering burns.

The plane, owned by Mr. Lidle, was a Cirrus SR20, a four-seat propeller plane that is popular for its performance and sleek looks. It has a fixed landing gear reminiscent of a stunt plane. With two sets of controls, officials said, either Mr. Lidle or his instructor could have been flying it.

Some of those who paid thousands of dollars for phony diplomas include a senior State Department employee in Kuwait and a Department of Justice employee in Spokane, defense lawyer Peter S. Schweda said Wednesday.

The bogus degree purchases by the federal workers were revealed Wednesday during a U.S. District Court status conference for five defendants in the case against the mill, The Spokesman-Review reported Thursday.

And once you make up a deck of cards as if this so-called War on Terror was made up by Lewis Carroll, and put the names and faces of supposed Al Qaeda biggies on them, and cross them off one after another as they're killed, and oh, those video-game-playing kids who are 8-10-12 years old start to get the idea -- put me down and I'll kill you.

Although a deck of cards is kind of apropriate since this administration is even more Through the Looking Glass than most.

NOT JUST REPUBLICANS

As piss-poor a campaign as John Kerry ran in 2004, when he tried to show "tough" he kept saying "I want to find Osama ben Ladn and kill him." Even as a couple of people who despise everything the Bush family has stood for since both grandpas financed Hitler, my wife and I were appalled and offended by that statement.

So the video-game kids all get the idea -- if he or she gives you any crap, kill the principal (and get on TV, too).

And the success of Karl Rove teaches all the other politicans of every wing of every party -- kill all your principles and you can get elected.

Point to the other guys and tell the public if THEY get elected, the world will end.

NEWS FLASH -- the OTHER GUYS are the same guys as you, whether you're Republican, Democrat, Green, Libertarian, American Independent, Socialist Workers -- whatever.

The old country cliche is applicable here -- "When you point a finger at someone, there are three fingers pointing back at you." All you guys will do "whatever it takes" to get elected -- and the bizarre thing? You think "doing whatever it takes" is a virtue instead of a crime against morality.

Will Rogers said it: "There's a big difference between Republicans and Democrats. The Republicans skin you from the neck down. The Democrats skin you from the ankles up."

Back to the violence.

Fred Friendly, long time TV network pioneer, made an observation more than 30 years ago, and I quote from memory so the words may not be exact:

"The biggest industry in America is not oil or steel or automobiles. It's induced anxiety. The only logical conclusion of that is a national nervous breakdown."

Bad breath? Car too sissy-ish? Body odor? Too fat?

It's not ONE PERSON or ONE PARTY or ONE CAUSE -- TV, movies, video games, books, cars, whatever... it's everyone going along with it and trying to top each other with more and more violent heroes and TV shows and movies.
