Do we need any more evidence this man is a sick vicious demon from Hell posing as a Christian?
Robertson Calls for Chavez Assassination
"Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson has suggested that American agents assassinate Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez to stop his country from becoming "a launching pad for communist infiltration and Muslim extremism."
An official of a theological watchdog group on Tuesday criticized Robertson's statement as "chilling."
"We have the ability to take him out, and I think the time has come that we exercise that ability," Robertson said Monday on the Christian Broadcast Network's "The 700 Club."
"We don't need another $200 billion war to get rid of one, you know, strong-arm dictator," he continued. "It's a whole lot easier to have some of the covert operatives do the job and then get it over with."
Do Christians approve of murder for oil and money? I guess I missed that part of the Sunday School info.
I have always thought Pat Robertson was, in fact, a demon, a craven, snide wormtongue that pours poison into the ears of his flock. "I'm not saying that these people are murderers and thieves, but..."
Always insinuating, never having the courage to come right out and say what he means.
A chickenshit coward whose entire life has followed the same pattern as his service in the Marines during the Korean War, when, arriving in Japan, the terrified Lieutenant Robertson telephoned his daddy in Washington and said, "Oh please daddy, don't let them send me to Korea, get me a soft cushy job here in Japan so I can be safe while all my buddies die in that hateful hell."
And poppa got him a gig supplying booze and whores for the brass.
It's about him and people like him that caused the Late Rev. Gene Scott to shout that "there are a lot of preachers out there who convinced people you have to be a dummy to be a Christian."
I kind of think "do as you would have done to you" applies here, and perhaps it's time for someone to shut up that snide, vicious insinuating, mass of venom once and for all.
Hey -- he's the one who said it's a good idea ...
(---a launching pad for Communism? Who actually thinks this man is sane? ---)
