IF YOUR TINY DOG WAS RUN OVER AND KILLED ON BANCROFT AVE. IN OAKLAND ON TUESDAY AUGUST 6TH IN THE AFTERNOON, HERE'S WHO DID IT.

I was right behind the car that did it -- a large dark blue Lexus SUV.

It was around 3:00-3:30 PM

I could see the dog on the divider starting to move before he ran into the street.

I find it hard to believe that the ignorant inattentive dumb bitch driving the car didn't.

She didn't slow down, didn't swerve or even steer away and didn't even slow down
after she crushed the little Chihuahua- looking tan dog under her left front wheel.

And there was no way she couldn't feel that she'd just run over something in the steering wheel, even if she was so busy talking to the woman sitting in the passenger seat.

Since I found myself in the adjacent lane a few blocks later I looked over briefly -- an African-American woman, moderately heavy-set and what seemed to be a little pulled-back bun of hair low on the back of her head. talking to her passenger.

And oh, yeah --

I am throughly sick of the "I've got a big Urban Assault Vehicle and ain't gonna have to stop for any thing, just roll over it all." attitude of SOME SUV drivers, so many of them, even those who are NOT arrogant but STILL driving a vehicle way too big for them, can't actually get in the right hand lane because they can't tell where the right side of the vehicle is. 

But to kill a little dog and not even try to prevent it or slow down after you crushed the life out of the little living creature -- what's the term they use on Law and Order?

Depraved Indifference.

There's an epidemic of that, but maybe someone can identify and vaccinate this woman.

I don't even know if what she did is against state or local law.

But it sure as hell is against the laws of decency and ethics and simple courtesy.

Even a simple fucking apology!
