Well, yeah, if by THEY you mean Bush/Rumdum/Cheney, et al. That's why they keep insisting that the insurgents (locals who want us out of their homes, Saudis who know Bush will never do anything to threaten his family fortune) are trying to derail the elections -- so they'll have a ready-made excuse.
