Bush is telling people to trust him, i.e., his nominee is guaranteed to be biased in the way he wants in any abortion case that comes before the Supreme Court.

Bush is telling people he has no idea what her thoughts on abortion might be, so better not trust him.
Bush is telling people that he CAN GUARANTEE that his nominee WILL NOT LEARN ONE THING between now and the year 2025 --- that MUST BE what it means that she won't change her opinions in the next 20 years.
I still say, anyone who thinks George W Bush is "the most brilliant man" she ever met is not only not qualified for public office, she couldn't be tried for murder because of mental defect.
