The Iraqi government, or at least its PR people are getting smarter and more media savvy...
They commented that it was a bit too obvious that the Allied Forces were not able to uphold their end of the agreement. The agreement to provide security and stability to the area. Why is that a smart thing to do? 1] It puts the blame on the outsiders, 2] It puts the Allied Forces in a put up or shut up stance, 3] It also places the ball squarely in the Allied Forces court...
